Courier not reliable

I am so disappointed with Mr price online, how could such a big company choose fast way couriers ,I ordered online and yesterday the 1st if June I received an email stating that my parcel will be delivered before 5pm,only to receive a whatsapp message at 20:30 stating that my parcel could not be delivered and I should collect it tomorrow at 11am at the police station. I sent someone to collect but when they arrived they told her the parcel is not there and they will contact her before 13:00 to meet u****:00 and still nothing..contacted mr price support and they said the courier company will contact me. The managers said I must go to the police station again ,the delivery guys will be there in 10 minutes since they can't deliver to my door due to ******ies in mamelodi. Mind you Police station is like 40minutes walk from my house,arrived there and they were not there.called them they say they are caught up in traffic. And seeing all the reviews about fast way couriers, I am wondering why such a big company like mr price are still using their services. This is frustrating
