I have had this account for a whil and about a few months ago cleared all my debt with Mr. Price as i paid up my account wich was R8000. To my surprise, i was billed a few motnhs later for some type of insurance, wich by the way, I NEVER signed for. I have sent numerouse e-mails and even went to the Fourways Mall branch to fill in the much needed paperwork to get this stopped. I have proof of e-mails as well as the physical paperwork i filled in to get this cancelled, YET AGAIN they have billed me for the same **** i cancelled. Mr Price is *******ly billing people for **** they don't even know they are paying. Go check your account guys and gals. I have spent so much time on the phone to the insurance department to cancel this, (and may i add, they dont like to pick up the phones, you are on hold forever) that i am just going to close this account, as MR Price is like the ANC, *******!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
