Contact Center should be re-named **** Center!!!

For 3 days I have been trying to make contact with a branch which had notified me the product I requested is available for collection. I called the number as per the text message. Despite being connected to the same agent each time, I was NOT able to make contact with the store, after numerous failed attempts and elevated blood pressure, I supp**** the agent with my contact details and asked that someone call me back. An entire hours later, and NOTHING! whilst typing this complaint, I have called 5 times and been disconnected on each try!!!!

What a shambles this contact center is! And to add insult to injury, I will most likely NOT be receiving the item I ordered as I have NOT been able to make contact with ANYONE at Mr Price, most likely I'd have a better shot at sending a smoke signal to Mars!!!!
