Consultants are exposing my personal information not taking into account ethical considerations. Mr price is misleading, rude and arrogant

I am absolutely exasperated at the fact that I have paid up all my accounts and Mr price called me for a limited increased and then declines me so I sent them relevant documentation and the consultant Krystal Ganas from credit limit Increase department screen shots my personal information from the bureau and sends it to me stating why I was declined, I feel that this is so ********* and wrong as my important information have been divulged and could be hacked. I cannot believe Mr price have consultants working like this. Then when I called and spoke to the team leader Claudell Pillay and notified her about this she made not comment and it sounded like she condemned it. Mr price qualified me for a credit limit Increase yet they declined me and then expoilting my information on top of that my credit bureau rating decreased. How ridiculous yet all my accounts are paid up
