Constantly cancelling orders and refuse refund in cash, only send vouchers in return.

Mr Price,

1. You advertise items that are supposedly never in stock. 2. You do not refund CASH, as was paid, you send E VOUCHERS , which according to the stores - cannot be changed into a physical gift voucher, I have got to buy something instead. What a way to trap your customers.

In a matter of a month, I have placed 6 orders online, this exlcudes all the shopping I have done in store. Of that 6 orders, you have cancelled 5 of my orders. Of those 5 orders, I was 'refunded' via E GIFT VOUCHER for 3 of them. Where are the other "refunds"?

I am sick and tired of receiving vouchers and I REFUSE to accept it. I want my money back and I will support another retailer.
