Constant threats

I am well aware that my current account with you has an outstanding amount, I am attempting to pay off as swiftly as possible to enable me to cancel my account with you, as your collections staff are telephonic bullies, they harass and threaten me in a manner that I deem wholly inappropriate, there is zero clemency nor apathy when one falls behind on a payment, your staff harass me several times a day and constantly threaten to blacklist me, ignoring my protestations that I am in the process of paying the outstanding monies back as fast as I humanly can. Never once have I said nor given indication that I will disregard my outstanding fees and not pay them. Reading up on the Code of Practice on the Direct Marketing Assoc. of SA - of which you are a participating member - it states that you are in agreement with the protection of consumers through telephonic contact, something which your staff are blatantly disregarding, I am a member and have selected your 'Do Not Contact' option, so either your membership is a farce or you need to instruct your staff to take heed of your social obligations you have signed up for.
