Constant calls

Good day I understand you guys have protocols on place but does your system not allow for a 3 month arrangement. I find it very frustrating that every month you guys call me, to make a new arrangement. Plus if I didn't pay you a cent then call me but if I paid atleast something don't call me. Now your poor call center agents must get the rant of my anger. I can not be explaining the same sing song every month
