Conned by Mr Price

Mr price called me telling congratulations you qualify for a free sim with R100 air time .when I got the sim I saw that I am being charged for it so I call to cancel it then they tell me they can cancel it but I will still have to pay for the R100 airtime that I cant use cause they cancelled it But I was told it was free
