Confirmation of closure of account

I previously wrote a review about my statement reflecting the wrong amount and I was not assisted. Now I have paid off the amount that was outstanding and requested that my account be closed the person who assisted me last week Monday said a written confirmation will be sent to me that my account was closed to date I have not received that confirmation. Today mr price had the audacity to send me my January statement when I closed my account last week Monday. Please send me written confirmation that my account is closed and delete my personal information from your records as per the POPI legislation . Your actions are affected my credit score your client service is poor
