Compliant

I was treated like a ***** in front of other customers cause I forgot my signature I used 10 years ago. I was at protea Gardens mall around 16:37 I paid my account and bought a back pack and I signed the slip and the lady who was helping me said you have to sign like you have at the back of the card. I told her I forgot it and then she said I have to remember or I'm not allowed to take the bag. So I asked if they don't have any other way to verify that I'm the owner of the card. She said they are not allowed only head office. I said OK so refund me and she said that the system is now offline but to my surprise she was calling next customer and she assisted them in front of me. So the system was offline to do my refund. The supervisor told me that they won't do what I want but I will have to do want they want me to do. I ask the other cashier for head office number and she said I'll find it outside. As they did not want to assist me I left the store without the matter being resolved. I'm so disappointed by the way they treated me. I no longer wish to do any business with Mr price.
