Completed delivery that was never received

It's very disheartening when you take your hard earned money to try and buy yourself something and it just goes sideways. I ordered on the 1st of May and already after ordering I was surprised by the 3 week waiting period notification that was displayed only after paying for the order.

Finally this week I received a notification stating that my delivery had been shipped on Monday. So today out of curiosity I went to check the status of my delivery, just to find out that it says "complete." I have no received anything!? Why wasn't another notification sent once delivery was made??? And you can't even track to who actually received it, on which date nothing! Just "complete."

Absolutely disgusting service!
