Complete order not received from Mr Price group and no response via email, telephone or whatsapp

I ordered on the app on 25 May 2021. They had 2 boys sleepwear sets for R200 and they had a buy on cupcake puzzle for R79.99 and receive another one free. I opted for the collection at a branch when the order was complete. I received the package and opened it infront of the cashier ( Busisiwe) and inside was only the 2 sleepwear sets and one puzzle. The second free puzzle was missing. She tried to phone but said as it was after 5 customer care was closed. I should email ***. I did this on 1 June 2021. I also emailed ***. I phoned the *** helpline and they just gave a whatsapp helpline and didn't answer further, the watsapp no said it was down for maintenance. I emailed *** with still no answer as to where my free puzzle is. The shop cant assist as it was an online order.
