Complaint the worst Online delivery

I made an Online Order on the 27th of July 2022. I have not received my Order ever since its been saying shipped on the system. I wrote an enquiry however they came to via email on the 3rd of August 2022 asking for the Order number. I sent it back to Silindile Mdunge thereafter got a mail saying my enquiry has been resolved on the 8th of August 2022. How since I haven't received my order. Not sure what i need to do to actually receive something i have paid for. My order number is ***, maybe I should go to heaven and come back before I receive my goods. The service of Mr price is absolutely horrific if that is what they do to their client
