Complaint Regarding Refusal of Account Payment Assistance by Zoleka Zodya

I visited the Mr Price store at Clearwater Mall to make a payment on my account, as I am an existing client. Unfortunately, I had left my store card and physical ID document at home; however, I offered to provide my ID number for verification purposes. The cashier on duty, Ms Zoleka Zodya, refused to assist me and advised that payments could only be processed with a store card and an original ID. I then requested to speak to the store manager, Ms Thato, who also declined to assist me or offer an alternative solution.
