Complaint- Refund not done

Mr Price retail - Clothing - Mabopane branch- 15 July incident-I Swiped twice and the purchased amount was debited twice from my account but the slip showed declined, hence I left the items there.I was then asked to produce my bank statement as a proof of purchased which i did.Karabo Kadla and her manager Thulani Mabele promised that they will refund my money latest Monday 16 July 2018.. Even now im still waiting for their call or my money.The refund process is clearly unclear the staff have serious attitude towards customers they dont take us serious. I left my bank statement( capitec ) full names (Amogelang Buthelezi) and cellphone number ( ********** 088)but still is just a joke to them.
