Complaint

Hi

Went to Mr Price to pay for my acc only to find that their speed point had a problem when paying and had to pay again the same time of which I paid double, I enquired to the store and was promised that my refund will be back to my account in no time and ever since two weeks ago noting has been done, No one is calling me to check if i have received my monies or not and the staff in the store is not being helpful either.

Can someone at Mr Price contact me so that we try and resolve this as i need my refund.
