Complaint

I was in the Eikestad Mall branch this afternoon wanting to collect my laybye after waiting in the queue for 15minutes i got to the till point then they send someone to go and fetch the laybye after waiting for an half an hour i went and asked why its taking so long no one could give me an answer the cashier went to go and look why its taking so long she came back just to tell me they did not find a laybye yet then i asked for the manager who came out and took my slip and promised me that he will look for it and bring it to me because i work opposite Mr Price anyway i left just to go back again 5 o clock and they didnt even attempt to look for it what pathetic service.
