Complaint

We visited Mr price Mthatha Plaza to buy gift card, what a horrible experience by a guy called Yongama and he was proud and wasn't even sorry about what he did even though the manager asked him to apologise he looked at her face and told her "ayikho lento ithethwa ngaba bantu" this made us Queue for a gift card we first asked him if they have and he said yes the Queue was very long when we reach him he said we were not supposed to queue, fone we then had to wait because cards are managed by 1 person and she was not there, we asked him to go look for that person because we have been here for a long time he said no he will continue with his line while they call the person on the mic and we refused to him to continue as we were also been there long before those customers, he looked at us and took his slips and started signing them saying he will do his things then untill the manager went to the back and only to find that the person is not even in the shop hence no response on the mic, the manager apologised and assisted us on his till because he was rude and not willing to help or apologise, manager advised that she will deal with the matter and contact us, it is these kind of behaviours that shops are being closed because we don't buy anymore, we can't be treated like this while he also depends on customers buying at that store.
