COMPLAINT.

I called in at 09:00am on the head office number, requesting for my Mr Price account to be closed. I have been taken pillar to post with the phone call only to speak to someone who requested for my ID number and contact details as someone would be calling shortly to assist me. Firstly, I had to speak to 5 people before speaking to the "right" consultant. Secondly, it is now an hour later and no one has bothered calling me. Knowing this dreadful companies, I will have to wait another week before this account can be closed. I want this finalised, and TODAY that is.
