Complaint

I went to mr price to buy a jacket that cost R180 on friday last week and I wore it once and I realise that it was torn on my upper arm and because I lost the slip I lodge a complaint on mr price Facebook telling wat happen and I attached the picture of the jacket nd they send me email today telling I should go to the store and do EXCHANGE nd when I arrive atde store where I bought it(thembi mall) in tembisa i told the lady i came for exchange and the lady ask me were is the receipt I explained wat happened and show her email so the lady call another I dont know if she's the manager or wat cz she was not wearing uniform the lady ddnt wana hear side of my story she just kept on telling were is the receipt we can't exchange without receipt and I try to explain but she ddnt wana listen to me and she send me out of the store and i felt so embarrassed on the kind of treatment i go there and I neva got helped please help me what to do in this issue
