Complaint

I went to Mr Price in Sammy Marks to do an exchange, the cashiers were so slow others chewing gums like they are in a she been and I had to wait for 5min waiting for supervisor to authorize. Today I went to the same store to do an exchange again as it was the only store around that had what I wanted, they refused to give me my original receipt back telling me that they'll give me a copy and they keep my receipt, the next thing they called me a stupid in their language thinking that I don't hear them.. I don't know how you train your staff but Mr Price clothing staff is so arrogant and rude. They don't mind chatting while the queue is sooooo long. Let them know how rude it is to chew a gum next to a customer
