COMPLAINT

on the 16.10.19 I bought sumsung A2 core at mr P, megacity complex as a gift to my girlfriend how happened to dislike the model of the phone and quited certain problems of the phone such as camera, heating of the phone, network breakdown. As a results I want to the store to return the phone on the 17.10.19 as the owner is not satisfied with the phone however due to power failure I was not assisted. the following day i want again the respond that I got was that they dont refund so it is my responsibility to find a buyer. later during that day i called customers service and spoke to the lady by the name of zoliswa and explained my problem to her and she told me that they DONT deal with mobile complaint from the store rather they deal with cellphone contracts and told my to return to the store and i did exactly thaspoke to the store manager, area manager both telling my the same thing "NO REFUND" and emphasized that I signed the terms and condintions that was read to me prior to the purchase to be honest no one did that even the consultant himself cant comment on that. on the 19.10.19 i got i call from sindile how told me that unfortunetly they cant help me as i signed the contract regardless of the fact that i told her that information was not disclosed i was JUST TOLD TO SIGN FOR PURCHASE.
