Complaint

I will not recommend Mr Price at Kabokweni to my friends and family, with the poor customer service from one of the staff members who refused to process an exchange/refund for the item that I purchased 3 days I was not even allowed to enter the store she just refused while she was standing at the door trying to be smarter,did not even show interest just because I wanted to exchange/refund .This is not the way how customers should be treated . The lady didn't even greet to show willingness to assist.she just turned her back .
