Complaint

Hi I'm liezel *** I bought items in Canal walk then I lost my slip so I wanted to exchange the items they said it's fine I can do that but I did not have time I decided to go to Mr.Price in Atlantis and wanted to do the exchange their with the expectation that it would not be a problem cause it was not in Canal walk...the manager explain to me the policy and it very disappointing cause I would expect them to SPEAK ONE LANGUAGE!!!!!CLEARLY NOT!!!...Then he said be "Between me and u ill help u now but I will remember ur face" I was so disappointed pointed and humiliated he did it infront of the customer and he's staff...I will never go back to that store again!!! Neva ever was I treated so bad by the staff this was the first and definitely my last!!! Service is so poor long ques and stock all over the floor...He's Name is Sinethemba he is the store manager of MR.PRICE ATLANTIS. THANKS CANAL WALK FOR GREAT SERVICE
