Complaint

I am so disappointed and upset by the service I got from Mr price mams mall. I made a lay-by and on Tuesday I wanted to take it out,I was told my lay-by was misplaced and that am suppose to come back the following day, which I did. There was an item I wanted to refund because I found a good fitting at another stores. I was told it cannot be done same day. Which I know it is a lie.

The most irritating thing is the attitude of the cashier that was assisting me,her name is Lisbeth her attitude was stinking. Those people don't care about the customer, they do as they please with us.Now I have to make a third trip for something I could have done in one day. I am so upset.
