Complaint

I ordered online for in store collection on the 27th of May, I was informed on Tuesday the 2nd of June that the order was handed over to the courier service, apon calling head office on the 4th of June I was informed the products would be delivered on the next day (Friday the 5th of June), I decided to wait until the 7th of June to make sure to give the products time to be delivered, apon arrival at Mr Price in the Reef shopping centre Albermale, where I had placed my collection location I was greeted by an extremely rude and unhelpful cashier who snarkily told me "Did you get an SMS saying that the products would be dilivered today, if you didn't get the SMS it is not going to be here" upon informing her that the Head Office told me it would be delivered today I was told "No SMS no products" extremely dissapointed in the service provided. Mr Price has lost a loyal customer today, after I eventually receive this order I will never shop there again
