Complaint

Good day, my name is Bontle Molala, I had a problem today when I went to Mr Price lakeside mall this afternoon, what happened is that I’m angry because of the service I received. I went to buy a dress and a skirt in particular and I when I got to the till to pay the gentleman that assisted me was friendly I must say however my complain is in regards to his carelessness, he charged me for an extra item I was not aware of and also did not receive,instead it was from a previous customer he was helping, what’s even worse is that on my way out the security guard asked to check my plastic bag and even signed to indicate she had checked the goods that I had got from there when I actual fact the slip does not correspond with the goods in the bag, another issue is that I have to go back to the mall to ask for a refund which is far from where I live. I’m very disappointed in the service I got and I’d like management to intervene.
