Complaint

I hereby would like to complain about the utterly discusting and unpleasant shopping experience i encountered at the Bellville CBD branch (CAPE TOWN) today, 29th March 2021.

Reasons for complaining : The store is in chaos, clothing laying every where, not on a railing, not where it is supposed to be. Staff busy packing out new stock, not in an orderly manner as everything is just chaoticly laying around. Some staff busy steaming clothes, in the way of where shoppers are supposed to shop. I found this very disturbing and disappointing. I eventually left the shop without anything, as i was too disappointed to further my shopping. Please note that absolutely no social distancing was even maintained, with no security or staff regulating or controlling the payment que.

I kindly request my complaint to be taken seriously and to be escalated to the relevant person in charge of this branch, so as to myself and other customers may again enjoy our shopping at this branch.

Please note that i am a regular customer of this branch and this is not the first time i have encountered such bad experience, hence my complain.
