Complaint

<p>Never have i been so annoyed shopping at Mr Price. There's a jacket that was on the floor and apparently it was the last one that I wanted to buy for my son. The item had no price tag on so I proceeded to greet ask one of the ladies on the floor (Gugu) if there was any more in store, she turned around gave me the stink eye didn't greet back and shrug her shoulders and walked away from me without answering my question. Left there buffeled by her behaviour she then decided to say to me it's the last in stock. She then proceeded to follow me and my sister around while I put the jacket on my son to see if it fit, she then told me to remove the jacket off my son because we hadn't paid for it and were not allowed to do that. I don't know what that woman's problem was with me but her attitude needs to be addressed. I've been shopping at that store since its inception back in 2008, seen people come and go and never have i ever experienced such bad customer service. I always shop with pleasure and would like to continue doing so without anticipating bad customer service. The lady at the till gave me great service that I'm accustomed to at all the Mr Price's I've been to country wide, i almost left the store still upset but she made sure through great service that I don't. Your rapid response to this matter will be greatly appreciated. </p>
