Complaint

The experience that I have had with Mr Price Canal Walk is disgusting. I went to buy a boot on Saturday the 20th of July, first some odd reason the payment did not go through on their side but it went through on my side, showed them on my banking app they told me to wait. I spent an hour and half waiting for someone to come and tell me what's going on and no one came until I asked to speak to a manager who seemed clueless too. Anyways they took my details and told me to come back Monday, someone called me Monday but obviously I was at work and I couldn't pick up. Now I'm coming from the store and I must say I have never experienced such poor service that I received from the store manager Billy Kibongo. Absolutely no professionalism at all. I did not even get an apology for wasting my money and time. I'm very disappointed because still I did not get my money or my boots back.
