complaint

I purchased an item online and it was supposed to be delivered on the 28/03/2019 as i did the express(R35 paid ) as I needed the item for the weekend , i went to Mr. price Carlton center on 29/03/2019 and was told the item hasn't been delivered as they had a delay , no communication was sent to me , last communication i received was that my item has been shipped .the teller took my numbers and advised the head office will be in contact ,today its Monday and no communication still from mr price ,may you advice what is happening and what was the purpose of me paying the R35.00 and explain to me what happened to communicating with clients, the inconvenience that you have cost to me and my time wasted waiting at the shop for assistance
