I made an online order on the 8th May for store delivery which takes 5-7 working days, today I inquired about my order as the status on my order was still on submitted.Only after i raised the issue then it was escalated and it was being processed, if I didn't contact mrp I would have waited on my order forever. This is ridiculous and online shopping supposed to be easy and convenient but it seems that I have to run around just to get my things. order number ********** 39988
