Complaint

Today at around 10:20 I was at Mr Price Adderley Street Cape Town, I was assisted by the cashier Asemahle (ASDYA) who does not have work ethics and also she lacks professionalism on her job. While she was busy with me right in front of me she was chatting with another colleague of hers right through while she was helping and mind you next to me there was another customer who waited to be assisted with her. After having the chat with her colleague she just threw my receipt on the counter without saying thank you. I found that attitude unprofessional and acceptable. Mr Price management should should from time to time to run a workshop for their staff members on how to treat the customers at times the staff tend to forget to always treat customers with respect and professionalism.
