Complaint

Worst service by Noma a cashier at Mr Price Parow Centre. She literally told me she was doing me a favour by letting me go get another pack of underwear when i realised at the till that the pack i had, the sizes were mixed up and had to go get a pack which was all the same size. She told me how it was her time to go home now and i should take my other items which were already paid for and go look for the correct size pack then go stand in the line again as she has to go home and wont wait for me. At this point i was starting to call her out on her awful service especially as a front end of the store, i asked to speak to a manager she said i can go find the manager myself because she will not call it for me. I then asked another lady at the till to please call me the manager, the lady assisted me, asked for someone who works at the underwear section to help me as almost all packs had different sizes meaning that probably all customers realise when they are home that the packs are not all the same size as per what the pack says.

To my surprise Noma was rude in the presence of a supervisor at the till. Noma's behaviour was beyond rude it was absolutely disgusting and it was a clear indication that she has no respect for the manager, her job and obviously she would not treat us as customers with respect. Worst service i have ever come across at a Mr Price store.
