Complaining for unauthorized insurance

My Wife opened an account at Mr Price and she exclusively take insurance and she requested that she only needs clothing account and someone called her for that insurance cause her Little Sister has gone the same thing with Mr Price putting an insurance without her knowing so she requested that she doesn't need it but put it into her account without her validity. The time she went to pay for her monthly installments there it goes an extra amount and she tried to remove it immediately but rather they say she must pay her installments with that extra monies added and someone in store told her many clients are complaining about this issue and she has to wait for a month for those exclusive money/ insurance to be removed, what the hell is that? This message from Mr Price services "Your cancellation request was received and will be processed within 30 day waiting period queries call ********** 434/5 Mrs Kegomoditswe Suzan Moinwe.

Please help us out cause will end up shutting that useless account, cause is a ****************.
