Complain on being treated like a fool by the staff of Mr Price clothing in Denlyn in Pretoria.

On the 31 /12/2017 I was standing in front of the store 12h 50 the door was closed I knocked they just looked at me as nothing happening I waited for 3 sec I knocked again I asked the lady that was opening for customers to go out . I said what time does the store closing she said 12 h 45 then I asked her to call the manager for me she said the manager is off then I asked her to call the 2ic , she came back to tell me that the 2ic is busy then I told her to tell the 2ic that I'll wait then the 2ic came I asked her the closing time she said 13h00 and it was 12h57 when talking to her . I looked at the store window there was no operating hours I even took pictures to prove that . I asked for the managers name . While I was standing trying to call their head office the manager went in . I asked them to call him but he ignored them infront of me . I waited until he finished what he was doing. Then when he was leaving the store I went to him I asked him if he's a store manager,he said yes , I told him that I have a complain he didn't even want to listen to it . He just said he's off. I waited outside while they were busy with housekeeping, the I saw one of the staff going inside the store with alcohol. Then I left. I was treated very bad without even getting attention.
