Complain - Mr Price

I have tried to cancel the funeral policy on my Mr Price account since April 17 due to the fact that I have a funeral policy and have no need for another one - and I was never informed there was more than one option regarding the4 policy - I phoned to their call centre to and have to sit and listen to music for hours no one ever attend to your call - I think my only option is to pay up my account and close it as soon as possible...Ms G.
