Complain for bad customer service

On the 24th of December 2025 I went to Mr price Mams Mall, I asked soo nicely can you kindly please keep aside the chocolate brown two piece for me I'll come on the 26th and buy it. They agreed and they said I must write my name and cellphone number on a blank page which I did that. On the 26th I went back to Mr price and I asked for my keep aside as I promised ill come back on the 26th, sadly my keep aside is no there and no 1 knows and i gave it to the supervisor that day. We asked the Supervisor and he just responded its on sale, so it means they took back to the floor while it had a name and cellphone number. I was annoyed yesterday because that Supervisor its not for the first time doing this , last time I wanted black pants and the same Supervisor he gave me an attitude telling me those pants are far while instore it shows 2 on system. I feel like Mr price Mams Mall they don't know how to treat customers and I had an bad experience with same Supervisor I don't know what's the problem with this management. Bad customer service 😪
