Complain

I made labye in Middelburg mall on 21 oct made 2nd payment on the 20th of November yesterday de 14th I came to collect was advised store room is a mess I must come back today the 15th @8 then to my surprise laybye is missing they will check for me in other shops whereas I told them I am going somewhere need de clothes Manager Pule not seeing anything rong with this I just need to realize they know it's their mistake and they acknowledge their mmistake nje mina I should understand. Staff *********** and negligent including manager
