Complain

Hi I bought shoes at Mr Price festival size 8 for my daughter thé shoes was so small so I wanted to exchange to size 9 so festival mall didn't have stock so I have to check which store have stock and Boulders have stock I went to the store and one of the cahiers Thembisile told me they have stock but still on the box she will wait for stockroom guys to open the box even today I am still waiting is been six days now and I really need that shoes for my daughter graduation so the service is poor because I even took their no so that I can communicate with them but it is usless because the cashier told me same story everyday the service is poor so I wouldnt advise people to buy there same day the was even a lady who was angry in the store i don't know is how the treat their customer
