Complain

Greeting On the 27th of Nov 2025 I went to MRP pavilion I was assisted by a lady called Nonjabulo M. When I came to return jeans that I bought earlier but then saw them 30%less online so I bought them online and return the full priced one then I exchanged 3 items that I took as lay by and took 2 swim wear the lady said to me she is very disappointed that we as black people also return clothes after using them then I told her that these items were on lay by and I collected the lay by yesterday so these items were small and I took something else it not like i wanted the money i was very disappointed to be treated like that in that store i always buy there it was my first time facing that and she was speaking to me with an attitude.i even told here that I will come collect the jeans so she can see I wasn't bluffing even when I was defending my self she kept on going.
