Complain

Please assist with my order . My order was delivered at sandton mr price. Went to to collect as I send the email to confirm delivery. Mr price sandton advise they can't find my package. They will look for and call me or my package might be lost. They promise to call me. They haven't called me. I need my order. Please take it up with the store manager. If my is lost please refund.
