Complain about the manager DUDU

Hi Mr Price.

I just received the worst service from your till manager Dudu at the Mr Price in Tswane mall.

I came for a return and refund and she was very rude to me at the till...I told her that I didn't receive my slip via email and thought maybe the cashier got the email wrong coz he had typed the email for me...

She gave very nasty looks and was not friendly in how she spoke to me amd told me that there is no way the cashier typed the wrong address coz they are not alloeed to type for clients. She definitely needs customer service training coz when I was there on Friday to do my shopping she had an argument with another customer.
