Complain
<p>Went to pay my account in the morning 8:58 and they only opened at 9:20 and the shop is supposed to be opened at 9:00 according to their trading hours and one guy who was with was standing with us outside asked them why they opened so late . The lady without uniform which I think is the Manager started shouting to this guy and I tried to calm her down and she started shouting at me I even had to take a video and her colleagues with the security told me 2 stop but luck I have the video</p>
