Complain

I'm not happy with Mr price service. Iv applyed for a account online they told me to bring my 3 months proof of payment.. I did sent my 3 months bank statement to Mr price tsakane mall..it was Friday 5 July to fax them for me..They told me I'll get an sms.. Bt the following week which was last week I've been receiving sms saying I must bring the documents which I brought.. I don't know if they lost the documents or what.. Because those are my vital information.. What if it get in the wrong hands coz there is my bank account there
