Complain

I went to purchase some pants at MR Price Rosebank,the item didn't have a price tag on it and upon arrival at the POS I told the cashier immediately,she then went to floor to look for another one with a price tag however she came back with a different one. I then told her that it's not the pants I want and she said no it's the same. I had to walk with her back to floor to get the pants I initially wanted to show her that they are not the same. She left me there without saying anything to me and I had to look through the other pants to find the one I want with a price tag. I found her on the other side of the floor speaking with her colleague. We went back to the tills and I asked if she always just leaves her customers like that and she said no. By this time her attitude had changed and she was not responding in a respectful manner. After the transaction she did not even say thank, just gave me the pants. Her Name is Kgothatso from MR Price Rosebank. I was at the store on the 09/04/2024.
