Come get your SIM card

I was called by a Mr Price person who told me about their SIM card and said they'd bring it to me for me to try out. I ASKED HER MORE THAN FIVE TIMES if I'd pay for it, she said ONLY if I started using it, that it would get activated from the time I used it. So the SIM card came, I didn't use it, it's still sealed and on my statement I got charged for it, R200 for the 200 top up and R100 for the top up connection fee. I HAVE NOT USED THEIR SIM card, so I wrote to them twice (on the 31st March 2017 and on the 24th April 2017) and called them, and then I got an SMS that my subscription had been cancelled. How can I pay R300 for something I haven't used? Please I would appreciate it if the R300 is removed from my statement, even if it means coming to get your SIM card, that is still sealed. I asked this to be done when I wrote to Mr Price but no one said anything about it.

The Mr Price lady that called me **** to me so that they would charge me R300. Mr Price is very welcome to trace my call when she called me and hear how your people lie to your customers.

I got my May statement today and the R300 for the SIM card is still there. Please remove it, I am not going to pay R300 for something I've never used, come get your SIM card and give it to someone who will use it because I won't.

I'm not going to waste time writing to Mr Price again because they don't do anything, maybe this will grab their attention.

Your prompt response will be appreciated
