Collection procedure followed

I missed one month payment at Mr Price. .someone working in debtors, I assume, called me and couldn't get hold of me (I noted 3/4 missed calls from 031). . The same person left me an SMS (noting his name Sithembiso Dlamini) as well as an email, which I received. Over and above this he then called my other contacts (family), without giving enough time for me to call back! This is misuse and harassing to my contacts. I called him back, and he advised that he called my daughter as well ( I do not even have a daughter!! And wondering whom he called).

I do hope this is not the formal process all Mr Price debtors clerks/administrators/officers follow as it is misusing contacts.

Sithembiso Dlamini is the reasons I have now closed the account!!
