Collection - Paid up

<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like your assistance. I had an account with Mr Price about 3 years ago, ( I currently have a new account with you) my account went into arrears and I was handed over to a debt collection agency. I have since paid the amount in full and do not have anything outstanding. I however am still getting warnings from Creditors saying that I have a bad remark againts me from Mr Price. If I was marked as a "bad"or "slow"payer but was not blacklisted this remark legally must be removed after 2 years. I have called your accounts department to enquire but all they can assist me with is a letter saying I have paid, I have asked to be referred to the agency that does your collections to resolve this issue as it seems like this information has not been passed on to someone?</p> <p> </p> <p>Please can I get contact details for your collections agency so that I can contact them myself and forward the settlement letter.</p>
