Clowns running MRP online store...........
don't try and cancel an online order, other retailers you can do it yourself and it is done instantly and your account is credited. Not MR Price you need to phone them numerous times to get it cancelled and even then they can't seem to get there systems in sync. (3 Days 3 Phone calls and counting) The order is cancelled but there is still and amount of R2000 charged to my account which I'm sure they are happily charging me interest on..... Wake up and get your process and systems in order. I for one will not be using your service again it sucks.

10 Aug 2020, 10:16Sheez if you phone the call center don't speak to Naso, he is poorly trained in customer support and apologizes not for MR Price stuffing things up but for me cancelling the order on a Friday and expecting the funds to be released on my account............ No sense of customer service or Brand Pride in trying to calm an obviously IRATE customer. Please close my account aIso explained to him I'm sure many other online retailers will be glad to take my money and in exchange give me a pleasant customer experience. Something Mr Price doesn't seem to care about.
